I wanted to create somewhere for everyone to meet, eat and have fun. It was important to me to introduce our food and culture to the Western world, in the most casual and friendly of settings.

Meaning “treasure”, Kenza was a restaurant that showcases the best of Arabic culture in terms of food, design and hospitality. It took me 12 months to work with artisans to create the furniture, lighting and even the doors.

Yalla Yalla is a small restaurant group created by Jad Youssef and his wife Aga. Jad and Aga used to work with us number of years ago and then went on to realise their dream of opening Yalla Yalla. We are really excited to have Jad and Aga back in our family and together we will continue the success of Yalla Yalla.

Shawa was an idea I had to create a small, quick eatery that revolved around shawarma. I want to change the way people perceive shawarma and show how fresh, healthy and delicious it is.
